Important Information Regarding Limited Edition Products:

1. Due to the limited quantity of these products, we do not offer size changes after the order has been placed, to avoid the situation where a successful order may result in the item being out of stock.

2. Additionally, as discrepancies between warehouse stock and the system may occur, if an order is successfully placed but the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed for the unavailable item. We appreciate your understanding.

3. For limited edition products, if you receive a defective item, please return it via cash on delivery. A refund will be issued for the defective product.

4. In the case of incorrect packaging or shipment, we will attempt to send the correct item. However, due to the limited stock, if we are unable to resend the item, a refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

5. To avoid confusion between pre-order and in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders if you wish to purchase both, as the shipping dates may differ. Separate shipments will occur based on availability.

有關限定數量貨品的須知：

1.     由於數量限定，後台不設更改尺碼的服務，以免造成成功訂購卻斷碼的情況。

2.     另外，由於倉存及系統之間有可能存在誤差，如果發生成功訂購，卻沒有現貨的情況，後台一律退還該貨品的款項處理，敬請見諒。

3.     此外由於產品限量，如果閣下收到不良品，可以把不良品以到付方式寄回來，我們一律以退還該貨品的款項處理。

4.     如果發生錯誤包裝/寄出的情況，由於貨品的數量是限定，我們會盡量安排補發正確物品，但如約最後未能寄出，本公司只能退款處理，敬請見諒。

5.     為減少後台數目和倉存之間的混亂，如要連同「預購」貨品一起訂購，建議自行分開兩張訂單下單，因為由於發貨日期不同，最終寄出時也會拆單寄出。
