購物流程指南 

第一步：瀏覽商品

透過導覽列的「所有商品」進行篩選，或在首頁查看最新的聯乘系列（如高達、反斗奇兵或魷魚遊戲）。

第二步：加入購物車

點擊您感興趣的商品查看詳情。選擇合適的尺寸及數量後，點擊**「加入購物車」**。您可以選擇繼續購物，或點擊右上角的購物車圖標準備結帳。

第三步：會員登入或訪客結帳

在購物車頁面點擊**「訂單結帳」**。

• 會員： 登入後可使用預存地址並累積積分。

• 新客戶： 您可以即時註冊，或選擇以**「訪客」**身份直接填寫資料結帳。

第四步：填寫送貨及付款資料

• 送貨方式： 選擇收貨地區。香港本地可選擇順豐速遞（支援順豐站或智能櫃）；海外訂單則按系統顯示的郵寄方式。

• 付款方式： 系統主要經由 SHOPLINE Payments 處理，支援主流信用卡 (Visa / Mastercard)。請務必準確填寫收件人姓名、電話及地址。

第五步：確認並提交訂單

核對訂單總額（連運費）及收貨資料後，點擊「前往結帳」進入加密付款頁面。完成付款後，您的電子郵箱會收到一份「訂單確認電郵」。

第六步：出貨與追蹤

• 現貨商品： 通常在 10 個工作天內寄出。

• 預購商品： 將根據商品頁面標示的預計到貨日期安排發貨。

• 貨物寄出後，系統會發送含有**「貨件追蹤編號」**的郵件，方便您隨時查看物流進度。

Shopping Guide

Step 1: Browse Products

Explore items through the "All Products" menu or look for specific collaborations (e.g., Gundam, Toy Story, or Squid Game) on the homepage.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Click on the product you like to view its details. Select the desired Size or Quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button. A sidebar will appear showing your current items; you can click "Checkout" or continue browsing.

Step 3: Member Login / Guest Checkout

In your shopping cart, click "Checkout".

• Members: Log in to use saved addresses and earn reward points.

• New Customers: You can register a new account or proceed as a Guest by simply providing your email address.

Step 4: Shipping and Payment Information

• Delivery Method: Select your region. For Hong Kong, you can choose SF Express (including Smart Lockers). For international orders, select the available courier service.

• Payment Method: The store primarily uses SHOPLINE Payments, which supports major Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard). Fill in your shipping address and contact details carefully.

Step 5: Review and Place Order

Double-check your order summary, including shipping fees. Click "Place Order" to be redirected to the secure payment gateway. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

Step 6: Order Tracking

• In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 10 working days.

• Pre-order items: Dispatched according to the date specified in the product description.

• Once shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number to follow your parcel's journey.
